Where is my order? Delivery date? Delays in delivery

Change the delivery address and/or Invoice.

Change the delivery address: You can change it while the order has not been processed. To change your invoice please send an email with the correct details to help@ecomerzpro.net and in 3-4 days you will receive your corrected invoice.

Withdrawal period/Returns processes.

You can exercise your right to withdraw 14 days from the day in which you receive the product. The return costs shall be paid by the buyer. Once we receive it, we will check it and if everything is ok, we will refund you the money as soon as possible via the same means you used to pay for the order.
